HOTEL OVERFLOW PLAN
The conference enthusiasm is fantastic and the rooms at The Lodge of Four Seasons are booking quickly. No worries! Fortunately, we have secured additional rooms at our group rate at a nearby resort – The Resort at Lake of the Ozarks. If you still need a room, we ask you do the following:
First try booking rooms at The Lodge using their designated link:
2. If you are unsuccessful with your reservation at The lodge, you can make your reservations directly at The Resort using their designated link.
The Resort at the Lake of the Ozarks currently has plenty of rooms available. Cancellations may occur at The Lodge of Four Seasons in the coming days or weeks. Therefore, even if you reserve a room at the overflow hotel, you may wish to get on a waitlist at The Lodge:

Stephanie will monitor rooms that may become available at The Lodge; if they do, she will contact you on a first-come, first-served basis.

You may also call The Lodge Reservations Department at 888-265-5500, M – F, 8 A.M. – 4:30 p.m., to speak with an on-site Lodge reservation agent. Evenings and weekends, this number is answered by a third-party vendor, but messages may also be left if there are specific questions related to a reservation request that the after-hours company may not be able to answer.
